Jersey Birdies had their premiere last night 🥂✨ When I first read the script I immediately fell in love with the characters and the story - seeing it all come together on the big screen was amazing. I laughed, I cried, and got to celebrate this special moment with my family and husband ♥️ Being trusted to be the lead in a movie with themes so near and dear to my heart was an honor. This movie will forever hold a special place in my heart, is work I am very proud of, and I can’t wait for you all to see this film starting Friday 🎭🎬🎥 Also shout out to my girls @aspire.by.alexandra and @radiancebyrita for being my glam squad, and always shout out to @alphafitclub.westfield for helping me feel premiere ready 🥂 #redcarpet #premiere #actor #leadinglady #movie by @samsimone30

The past 8 years have truly flown by - we have had so many incredible memories, laughs, and magical moments like this past week 💕 You have been my rock in my hardest times, my biggest supporter in the good times, you gave up bread and cheese for me, and you believe in me even when I don’t believe in myself. My world is brighter with you in it. I am so thankful for you, for our life together, our little family, and now our forever 🌮🥹❤️ I love you 💕 Hard launch 🥂 #fiance #fiancee by @samsimone30

Hey Grandpa, I can’t believe another year has gone by without you here. Although this year I have felt you with me the most. Thanks for coming to our wedding, I mean I knew you would but it meant a lot to have you show up the way you did. Thanks for being that song on the radio, or that cardinal in the back yard when I needed you. Thanks for our weekly chats - I’m glad I recorded them because I can always hear your voice. I’d be lying if I said grief gets easier or that I’ve gotten better at dealing with it. But what I have learned is for as long as I am alive, your memory lives on and that brings me comfort. It lives on in how I approach every aspect of my life - from my marriage, to my family, to my art, to how I show up for my students - I am who I am because of you and I know that you’re proud of the woman I have become. I share your teachings with my students, and remind myself that as long as I have love in my life then I have won. I remind myself to never take things too seriously and to have faith. Thank you for all that you taught me and continue to teach me even when you’re not physically here. I love and miss you so very much ♥️ Love, Sam by @samsimone30
