How we’re setting @samthrows66 senior year up for success!

Feeling that finish stretch can be major for some athletes. When you do it right, the throw feels effortless!

@samthrows66 has been having a crazy senior year! So can you!!

Sam’s been very intentional with what we’re fixing in his technique, and by meet-day, it was time to execute!

Nothing special about it!

Had a rough day at state today ending with a throw of 15.32 earning me 7th place. Greatful for the opportunity to come and compete but I know I have a lot more in the tank. Looking forward to outdoors #AGTG by @samthrows66
