You may not control your opponent’s size, speed, or strength. BUT You can control your courage, preparation, and effort. That’s where your growth begins.

Fear doesn’t mean stop.
Doubt doesn’t mean you’re not ready.
Failure doesn’t mean you’re done.

Sometimes, resilience is simply choosing to move forward anyway.

Failure isn’t the opposite of success.

You won’t always feel motivated.

That’s the point.

Some days you’ll feel unstoppable.
Other days, you’ll have to drag yourself through the workout.

Focus. Discipline. Consistency.

Motivation gets you moving.
Discipline keeps you going.
Consistency changes you.
