Lady’s and gentleman, I’m starting coaching 🫡

Well I say starting, I’ve been coaching for a little while but only to a very very small handful of people. But now I have the systems in place and the time to put it out there and take on more clients!!

So with that being said, here is @deanallison3030150 transformation 🤯 an absolute grafter, the pictures here do more of talking than words ever could. Tremendously proud!!!

While coaching, I really have enjoyed this so much, and now hoping to help others achieve goals. Whether it’s a physique goal, fat loss, or putting on size. I want to be able to give guidance, and help others not make the same mistakes I did. Back when I started I was given all the guidance I could at the time but knowing what I know now, I know my progress could have been done in 2/3 of the time and this genuinely isn’t an exaggeration.

I’ve trained myself for 16 years. In the early years I managed to progress my physique while still enjoying life, slowly becoming more and more passionate in building a physique. Then 6 years ago getting a coach myself, since then my progress has catapulted. Something I wish I did a lot sooner.
Having someone in your corner with the knowledge will have you achieve your goals a lot faster than you would on your own.

Take it from someone that has learnt this the hard way.

📩 Drop me a message on here (instagram) and let’s get you started achieving your goals

I can’t begin to tell you how long I wanted to win a sword!!! Ever since I started bodybuilding my first show 5 years ago!

I always knew this would be the pose I wanted to do, and I feel incredibly proud and blessed to be able to finally be able to it! But I’m even more proud of the physique holding it now.

26 years old Sam when he first discovered bodybuilding wouldn’t have believed you if someone said he’d look like this in 5 years.

The trophies are nice, but as cliché it sounds, the journey is better than the destination 🙏❤️

And thank you to @flowbysammy for teaching me how to do the pose properly to have this cool picture 🙏

Now, I can finally call myself an open BODYBUILDER!!!

Still absolutely mind blown from the weekend, 2 class wins and 2 overalls at the @pca_official central and PCA England shows. I wanted to do two back to back because it sounded hard, never did I expect my open debut to go like that

So happy with the look of both shows, @zac_fotheringham NAILED the 2 day peak which is hardly surprising from the wizard 🧙

The amount of support and love I’ve received is unbelievable. Thank you so much, every passing comment, fist bump, message, story, like, comment, share it means so much. And really helps push my dream of making it somewhere in this incredible industry and sport I love!!!

A separate post will follow for the tribe and the ones that have had a big impact on this journey 💙

PCA british finals up next 👊 6 days out
Let’s have some fun 😈

what a weekend… 2 Shows,2 Class Wins + 2 Overalls 🗡️🗡️

Sammy.. you are no longer in a new league of “going up against the big boys” anymore.. you are the big boy 😂

No amount of words will ever put into perspective of how proud I am of you every single day. It’s so frickin cool to see you be rewarded for all the work you’ve put in over so many years. You deserve it all and more 💗

Bring on the British finals 🤜🏼🤛🏼
