Today is Spring Equinox for the Southern Hemisphere, equal hours of daylight & darkness. As we continue our journey around the sun the days become longer than the nights.

I treasure this time of year. I feel alive with the brighter mornings, like awakening from a hibernation. Love the earlier starts, warmer days, the bright colours of emerging flowers.

As the light returns it feels like a time for renewal. The equinox is a reminder that balance is part of the natural rhythm of life…

Darkness is always followed by light.

And for my Northern Hemisphere friends, enjoy your quieter period of reflection & rest, knowing that the light will return to you too. 🤍
