Sparring breakdown 🎥

Every round, every exchange, every adjustment… this is what it’s all about. Constant learning, constant sharpening. I’m not here just to fight—I’m here to understand the game on a different level.

Huge thank you to @gnosiscombat for giving me the environment to grow and push my limits every single day. And to coach @professormma135 —your guidance, patience, and belief in me doesn’t go unnoticed.

Also want to give major credit to @coachbarryrobinson I’ve studied his work vehemently for years, and a lot of the language, systems, and understanding you see in my breakdowns come from that. If you’re serious about leveling up your fight IQ, go follow his page—there’s real gold there.

We’re just getting started.

Superstar💫 One month out 👊 by @samuel_divra

@samuel_divra getting mitt work in he is getting ready to bring home the belt from @tbaclassicmuaythaiworldexpo ⚡️⚔️

Mitts are a great way to get high volume conditioning, positioning & work your balance. If you’re standing in one place working mitts you aren’t working anything. The mitt man must fire back at you with speed and a little power to keep you honest. When we work mitts we set a goal, then we follow the mitts with sparring rounds and try to implement the same goal we worked on mitts.

Things can get lost in translation & the combinations will almost never be the same, however it’s not about combos, it’s always about the positioning & angle.

The punches flow from positions & that’s really the point of working mitts & pads is finding positioning where you can execute high percentage strikes, Then trying it in a more authentic setting.
