Officially a certified cold water diver, and now dry suit certified as well. 🌊❄️🤿

Quick recap, I’ve always been interested in diving, but recently with a new TV show in the works I felt like now was the right time to actually commit and get it done. The truth is, I’ve always had a real fear of open water. It’s something that’s been in the back of my mind for a long time. I’m really glad I chose to face that head-on with this journey and ended up finding something I genuinely enjoy.

I was very lucky to have found Eight Diving, which taught us open water diving through technical-style setups and advanced techniques from the start. We were trained by highly experienced divers who hold a high standard for discipline and safety. Training that way not only built confidence in ourselves and the equipment, but also is helping us become more aware, disciplined divers for the people around us. Learning with that foundation makes you think beyond just your own dive, it makes you better for your team and your buddies in the water. I’m excited to continue to learn and continue with this growth.

Huge thank you to my class (all four of us).
