This summer, I have been serving as a worship intern at First Baptist Sudbury, in Sudbury MA. As I am now slightly over half way done, I can say that this experience has been nothing but a blessing on me and my life in so many ways, and that is all thanks to God! I have learned so much about the Lord, worship, serving in a church, and so much more. To sum up all I have experienced, I would say: God hears, listens to, and answers prayers. Sometimes we have to wait on those answers, and sometimes the answers aren’t what we expect or want. But, it’s all worth it in the end, as I’m confident in the Lord and His plans for my life, and I know that Jesus is coming back again. So if you believe that too, you should live in the light of the second coming of Christ, and tell others about Him.
1st Thessalonians 4:13-18

To say that Spring ‘26 was a blessing would be and understatement. I can’t thank God enough for the community that He has provided for me at ABAC, and that I have the absolute privilege to call these people my friends. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2 ESV “But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,”

2025…what a year! Trust in the Lord and His plan for your life, because He has good plans! So thankful for the things that the Lord has blessed me with over the course of this year, my friends, experiences, and lessons learned. Ready to see what the Lord has in store for me in 2026! If you would have asked me in July 2024 what my expectations for college were, I’d probably say that I didn’t know what to expect. If someone would have told me back then, all the ways that God was going to change me during my freshman year at ABAC, I don’t think I would believe them. But here I am as living proof of how God works wonders in His own mysterious ways. Our God is not a God of coincidences, He is intentional. I am so thankful for the changes He has made in me and my life. I’m thankful for the community of believers that He has allowed me to be a part of and grow in my faith with. I’m thankful for the opportunities He has given me to worship Him throughout my daily life. I’m thankful for His good plans for my life, cause they are so much better than anything I could’ve dreamed of. So far, I have gotten a lot more out of college than just an education, and I thank God for that. taken in ABAC by @samuelparrish6
