Very proud to be a certified Anxiety recovery coach with @lindenanxietyrecovery I recovered from anxiety about 6 years ago and have never looked back. I wanted to become a coach to help others who are currently suffering in the way I did. If you are interested in coaching, please get in touch! And make sure you start listening to @mentalstealthpodcast where myself and @the_real_charleslinden discuss anxiety and anxiety recovery, uncovering the truth about it and why so many people are suffering. by @samuelthomasuk

Samuel talks about the power of practice and not relying on talent to carry you through life, no matter what you do. Society can be so reliant on settling for what you've got and not aiming to better yourself. Start practicing something and committing to pushing yourself and results will start occurring. #mentalstealthpodcast #talentvspractice #betteryourself #mentalhealth #samuelthomas #mentalhealth #anxietyrecovery by @samuelthomasuk

Actors! Stop trying to be what you think casting directors, directors and producers want you to be in an audition room; you cannot control or change the outcome of an audition, and you cannot mould yourself to try and be something you THINK they want you to be. All you can do is do your preparation, walk in, give your interpretation and then walk out again. As soon as you make your peace with this, you will feel a lot better about the audition process; you might even find that your success rate begins to go up.
