“Uncommon steps produce uncommon lives.”

We had the privilege of having Evangelist Makana and Ava in for the Discipleship Class today! It was a powerful time from this Man of God, lighting fires everywhere he goes!

A Spirit-led life is not a vibe.

It is a life trained by the Word, strengthened through prayer, guarded through holiness, and demonstrated through obedience.

God has not stopped leading His children. But noise, hurry, sin, stubbornness, and unchecked desires can make His leading harder to recognize.

Stay close to the Shepherd.

Keep the Word dwelling richly within you.

Pray with your spirit and your understanding.

Present your body to God.

Guard your heart.

Test what you sense.

Obey what He makes clear.

This completes The Spirit-Led Life:

1. Spirit, Soul & Body
2. How God Leads
3. How to Stay Sensitive

Say hello to our group, Black and Beige.

@samuelwjdent is Black.

@rom_dacosta is Beige.

If you thought different, I can’t believe you made that assumption. #shame

God is not silent.

But most of His leading is not spectacular.

He leads through His Word, the inward witness, and peace.

Test everything. If it contradicts Scripture, it is not the Holy Spirit.

And if God has already made it clear, obey.

Part 2: How God Leads.

Next: How to Stay Sensitive to the Spirit.

We got to celebrate with the summer interns today! They did such a phenomenal work for Discipleship and other things over the summer! The best group we’ve ever had! And now they’re back in school for the last year!

This is a group who are doing and will continue to do great things for God!
