POSTS STORIES REELS

Last summer while teaching with @eternalseeds summer session folk, everyone was challenged to discover if we are building a practice or a cathedral. I’ve always been the person that values the end more than the process, but filmmaking has begun to shape me into a person that not only learns to enjoy difficult processes, but to be vulnerable with people about where I am in life. Let’s build a cathedral together as we iterate different versions of ourselves.

Parallel Circuit Earring 🪩

A parallel circuit comprises branches so that the current divides and only part of it flows through any branch. The voltage, or potential difference, across each branch of a parallel circuit is the same, but the currents may vary. by @samuraiyaproductions

Never posted this, but here’s a small short I did with @whit_righteous last semester. We never officially put a name to this piece but “The Color Blue” seems fitting, don’t you think ?

There’s More to This Than Meets the Eye
2021

Hi everyone, so this is my first short film at Spelman this semester, as a first year Documentary Film student. This film is a tribute to Optic Papillitis, however, it also spotlights what I’ve endured in terms of sexual exploitation as a minor on the internet, a lack of self-love, all while maneuvering through adolescence.

Please enjoy and peace family :) by @samuraiyaproductions
