I won't lie, I've been in a very dark place recently. I've been feeling disassociated from reality, out of phase from my friends and family and unable to communicate or reach out. I've been struggling for a long time and trying to put a brace face on everything and its been taking its toll.

The depths of my sadness had taken me beyond any comfort and stretched my means to a mesh. At times I glimpsed the other side, the veils almost translucent, and the touch could be felt. My tears, my tears had become the sea.

Yesterday I said enough. I reached out to some friends.

Today as I sat in my basement studio, questioning how much of a burden I feel I questioned my choice to continue. My brain clawing for answers, it's echoes scratching through the fog. I thought I had lost my mind when I glimpsed to see a crow dusting itself of rubble.

Beautiful and dark it stared confusingly at me as I unable to move, both of us questioning our senses. We take a moment to acknowledge eachother before the message is delivered in a caw, neither of us belong in this situation.

"I'll go get help buddy" I said as I left my studio to go find a friend.

As we returned I questioned if it was real or imagined, the boundaries oft blurring. A relief to see it fly.

The Limehouse Town Hall is starting to look all shiny again!

This week we worked on silicone -:which we discovered is quite sticky and can be quite messy too. It requires some 'handle with care'.

We still have to do some final wall prep before we can paint them, so we are looking for volunteers to come and help us to do just that - outside the workshop hours.

If interested get in touch!

One of the core tenants of the @party_utility has always been learn and play. At our last party we had a team of experienced engineers showing beginners and party goers how to control @madrix_team, @avolitesltd, @liberationlaser and @soundcraftmixers systems and then they got the chance to jump on at the controls. The excitement and vibes were off the hook. Truly one of the best events we've ever hosted. Every event should be like this. A chance to grow and get involved.

If you'd like to work with us in future, whether it's as a first time operator, a stage manager or a company looking to sponsor (hey @chamsysltd and @resolume_arena ) drop us a line.

Together we can make events even better and safer! taken in Limehouse Town Hall by @scrapsofj0y

Well, what an amazing party that was. The DJs, the production, the lasers, the outfits. That was incredible. Huge thankyou to everyone who got involved in making it or came along. Here's to many more! taken in Limehouse Town Hall by @scrapsofj0y

The Party Utility presents a night with the wild gods.

It's not a Valentine's party, it's a celebration of something far older, from a time before we were domesticated.

She floats between the ports in the dark light of the datastream. She holds the cryptographic signatures that keep us safe, she is the promise that the async function will return. Our lady of the virtual light.

Bring your gods.

A fresh current flowing through our dreams. CyberLoa ride the fiberOptics, spirits from deep Africa, from the islands lost in the sea, from tribal histories and vibe coded futures - a new rhythm pulses our blood. Carried across the wires, modulated on the airwaves, bounced from satellite to satellite, a double helix fuses past and future, sweeping all in its path.

We live in a time of chaos and uncertainty, it's time to let go and ride the wave. Surrender to the flow. Time to dance.

Believe in everything.
