last month we took 100 explorers to the swiss alps for 5 days of adventure with @exp.scty (new @) 🏔️

hiking, yoga, trail running, stargazing, lake swimming and a lot more.

in some ways, you could say i’ve been working towards this my whole life.

my mum took me skiing when i was 11 and, without knowing it, planted a seed of curiosity that’s stayed with me ever since.

decades later, i’m building a space where exploration, both inward and outward, is at the centre of everything. something i’ve always felt was missing from our culture.

to imagine it, build it, and then watch it come to life in real time with 100 people in the mountains was a special feeling.

i’m proud of this moment, but even prouder of everyone who helped us get here. @lostbysj continues to be the star in the universe we’re building.

a huge thank you to @mammut @passengerclothing @theordinary supporting us, taking this experience to another level.

and to think this is still just the beginning.

jan — went to swiss mountains for some air and then took 400 people on a hike.

I’d have never imagined I’d be able to write a sentence like the above. good stuff by @samworldpeace

the most fascinating year I’ve ever had. the first time I really got a taste of what’s possible.

started the year in canada. organised a hike with patagonia, skied too!

took over 300 people hiking. our biggest hike yet.
 then an experimental one in feb with djs and 4 sold out coaches.

ran a marathon. (raised money for black minds matter.) ran a half marathon. 
ran 500 miles across the year. hiked 30+ times, over 300km.

took 60 people skiing in the french alps. then 70 more to switzerland.

took over 2,700 people on adventures across 4 countries, bringing us to 4,000+ explorers in just two years.
 organised 20+ adventures.
 sold out 18 coaches in a row.

got lost on a mountain 4 hours before my flight (still made it).

worked with @sportsdirectuk, @salomon (my fav), @peakperformance, @patagonia. 
met some incredible people along the way.

x2 explorers club attendance from last year. nearly x3 our following across socials and the mailing list. 
even got featured in a few magazines.

3:59 — Two-time marathon finisher.

We’re more capable than we realise. We’ve sent people to the moon — what makes us think we can’t do more? Breaking through limiting beliefs is everything; what feels impossible is often just unfamiliar.

I never thought I’d complete a marathon, let alone two. Knocked 90 mins off my last attempt and whilst representing my people 🇯🇲 too, ensuring the next gen are left with some inspiration.

We witnessed London at its finest — a living testament to the power of community. When someone fell, they were lifted. When someone surged forward, they were cheered on. This is why I love this time of year: you might doubt yourself, but with the right foundation to lean on, you realise you can do anything.

blood, sweat and tears. 5:32. marathon? completed it mate.

my first one in the books & it won’t be my last. thank you for all the support! the race was already won when I found out we raised £1k+ for @blackmindsmatter.uk 🙌🏽.
