Started SANcha earlier this year with absolutely no idea what we were doing. Somehow made it this far with a LOT of decisions, trial and error, and figuring things out as we go. Still figuring it all out, but we’re excited to share what’s about to come by @sanchamatchaa

how to properly make matcha at home

our go-to recipe:

1:10 matcha to water ratio
4g matcha
40g water (70–80°C)
120ml milk or water

1. sift 4g matcha into a bowl
2. add 40g of 70–80°C water
3. whisk with your wrist until smooth + frothy
4. fill a glass with ice + add 120ml of milk/water
5. add any sweetener of your choice (optional)
