Hourly pricing means charging for our time, not for a service. It's all-inclusive, transparent, gender neutral and simple. When we are able to charge based on time we are able to make the best decisions possible for your hair in the time available. It allows for a more straight forward and authentic relationship between artist and client. Best yet, it places the power back in the artist's hands-- where it belongs. by @sanctuarysalonsf

Cherry-Cola meets Air-Touched Dimension 🍒🖤✨

I’ve been loving all the fall tones y’all have been requesting!! For rich + luscious color transformations like this, I can always count on @dangerjonesbalayage! 😘🫶🏻

This client had previous box-dye, so I lifted through that with the @dangerjonesbold Powder Lightener + 20vol. For her gorgeous gloss, I mixed Gloss Toners 7-66 + 5-65 (equal parts) + a splash of 6-2!

And as always, I used @k18hairpro throughout the service to keep her hair’s integrity as protected as possible! ✨

The girls are craving 𝖢𝗁𝗈𝖼𝗈𝗅𝖺𝗍𝖾 𝖣𝗂𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗌𝗂𝗈𝗇 this fall! 🤎✨

And I’m loving every second of it!! My favorite part though?? We don’t need bleach to achieve it!!! (unless your hair already has permanent color or box dye on it)

This particular client has thick density hair, (plus we did a layered haircut) so her appointment time was 5hrs!

I’ve had a gender-free haircut menu since 2017, because why should two people pay different prices for a similar service just because we’ve labeled it “men’s” or “women’s”?

I believe pricing should reflect the time, experience, and skill that goes into your haircut, not your gender or a category on a menu.

That’s what led me to hourly pricing. More transparency, a clearer understanding of what goes into your service, and pricing that reflects the work itself. 🪄
