SkyHaus. Where privacy opens onto the horizon. Perched into the rugged hillside terrain above Sedona, exterior terraces and screened thresholds extend the living spaces outward, easing the line between architecture and landscape until shelter and view become the same idea. Two seperate homes built to host.

🎥 Project Living on a Cloud: Part 2

The details are starting to come together & it’s looking more and more like our design boards every day.

The ceiling details are going in, the stone is making its way from the exterior into the home, and all that natural light is doing exactly what we hoped it would.

Seeing it all come together is so exciting & I already know this one is going to be stunning! 🏡✨

Which space are you most excited to see finished? Tell me in the comments👇🏼

Stay tuned for the full reveal! 🤍 by @sandbardevelopment

Our TPO crew just wrapped up another section of this incredible luxury new build in Gilbert, Arizona, by @sandbardevelopment .

This home is getting multiple roofing systems, including TPO and slate. It’s the kind of project that shows why having the right roofing crew for each system matters.

At Real Roofing, we don’t treat every roof the same. We work with experienced crews we know and trust across TPO roofing, metal roofing, tile roofing, shingle roofing, foam roofing, slate roofing, wood shake, and more.

TPO roofing is a durable, energy-efficient option for low-slope and flat roof areas and is used on both residential and commercial roofing projects. From a luxury custom home like this to a large commercial TPO roof, we have the crews and experience to get it done right.

Always good working alongside the team at @sandbardevelopment and watching another quality Gilbert build come together.

SkyHaus. Where two getaways become one retreat. Simple vernacular gabled forms settle into the red-rock terrain through dark vertical wood siding and a standing-seam metal roof, while concrete and glass connectors blur inside and out at nearly every turn.

Our firm's first homes designed as a getaway, yours to rent @skyhaussedona.
