What a beautiful day at Kate Sessions for a sound bath. thank you @sandiegomomcrew for hosting and @findyourlighthealing for the sound bath.

As mom's it can be hard to find relaxation for yourself with young children and having a space to bring them is so special.

Even though my little ones were fussy, everyone was so kind and I didn't feel shame that my child was fussy. Today's co-op was fun, even if I was late to storytime. I'm so grateful as a group we can pivot and do fun things with the kids.

We love the Mini Mingei at the @mingeimuseum for storytime and crafts. Then after we headed to the botanical garden then @sdnhm for the Craft Taco they have. If you want to know more about the restaurant experience, check out my review page @jenuine.reviews .

Overall today was a good day to be inside during the heat wave and enjoy storytime, crafts, garden and food. And we only had to pay for food. As a mom that's a win. IYKYK

Thank you @monarchmotherhoodcollective @eastcountymomsclub @elcajonmomco and @themomwalkco.lamesa for hosting such a fun event. We definitely had a blast and enjoyed speaking to the moms and littles ( and dads) who were able to attend.

If you are hesitant to try a mom group,, I highly encourage you to try one. Some are good, some can be not your flavor. But luckily San Diego has so many groups. Just find which one suits you best. And if none do, start your own. There's space for everyone and every family deserves support and a space to meet new families.

Want to learn the Uke?

Hey y'all, it's happening. We are partnering with Guitars in the classroom and here are the details!

This will be at my place, if you're interested, you will need to attend a minimum of two, co-op or meet up prior to coming to this ukelele class.

You and your kid(s) will have fun playing music and learning to strum and play songs together.

Join us Nov 28 from 10-12pm.

If you need a uke, you can either buy one yourself or donate $40 to Guitars in the Classroom and they will provide you with two song books and learning material, a uke, an egg shaker.

If you want your kid to have a uke, for an additional $10, I shall have kids character ones they can jam out with.

All items are for you too keep and this is a one-time payment and Everytime we partner for class you'll just bring what you have and not pay anything!

Life is so beautiful. Sometimes through taking care of everyone's needs we as moms tend to loose ourselves. This is a reminder that in the midst of it all. We have beautiful children and this beautiful life in lovely San Diego.

I'm so grateful to be a mom in such a vibrant fun city where I have the ability to take my kids to fun amazing things with wonderful women and children.

This was a fun cute time at the Mingei Museum for the mini Mingei storytime and crafts.

Stumpkin was a sweet book about a pumpkin finding it's home for Halloween and the sweetest story. We had a fun time with sensory play by making a pumpkin with tissue paper and yarn!

Excited for the next event they have going on.
