IOS, GREECE • while on the island of Ios in Greece, I decided to climb to the top of Chora to get a view of the island from the top and also see the four churches that sit on the hillside. It was a hot day but the view from the top was worth every single sweat. On my way down, I passed through a neighborhood and there was an old lady sitting down knitting. She looked so peaceful and so I decided to bother her. She didn’t speak English but we somehow had a conversation 😅 toward the end, she offered me water and Greek sweets 🍬. I know you’re not supposed to accept candy from strangers but she seemed like a genuine, kind old lady. Love these moments in travel. by @sandraglobally

This year has been full of adventures. My passion for travel has taken me places that I would have never imagined.😅 I was blessed to have many colorful experiences around the world, and to meet amazing people along the way. I’m grateful for all experiences (both good and bad). Looking forward to more adventures in 2023 and beyond 💛✨ by @sandraglobally
