Back to the canvas, bringing this helicopter painting to life, layer by layer.

Working with oil paints, building depth, refining details and watching the scene slowly come together. Every brushstroke brings the painting a little closer to its final form.

The journey continues. 🎨🚁

✨ Finished! ✨ This little NASA Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird painting started as a fun holiday project on a glitter canvas.

You can still see a little strip of silver glitter on the horizon — a tiny sparkle behind one of the most special aircraft ever built.

My new art vouchers have arrived! They’re a lovely gift idea for someone special.

You can use them for a custom painting, one of my available original artworks, or an art print. 🎨🤍 by @sandrakrannichart

A new little oilpainting in progress…

One of my favorite paintings…

Neuschwanstein Castle looks like something straight out of a fairytale — and flying past it in a Breezer Sport makes the magic feel even more real.

This painting brings together two things I love: beautiful architecture and the freedom of flying. A touch of gold adds a little extra magic to the scene.

✨ Ready for its new home ✨

My painting of a little Motte is now fully dry and will soon be on its way to its new owner. One of the early ultralight aircraft, flying above the iconic Three Peaks (Tre Cime di Lavaredo) in the Dolomites. A moment of freedom, adventure, and timeless beauty, captured on canvas.

What I love most is painting all the little, beautiful details… ✨💕✨ by @sandrakrannichart

Some of you have already asked why I changed my name… 🤍

Well, there’s a little love story behind it. I got married! 💍

My husband and I have been together for 17 years. We’ve shared countless beautiful moments, faced challenges together, and made it through so many chapters of life side by side.

And somewhere along the way, we realized that we’d already built a life together. So it felt like the right time to make it official. ❤️

And now, a new chapter begins — with the same heart, the same passion for art, and a new name.

Sandra Krannich. ✨

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. 🤍 by @sandrakrannichart

A new painting in progress. 🎨

Inspired by a little airfield in the French Alps, on the way towards Mont Blanc. The majestic Mont Blanc massif is still small in the distance — and there’s one more detail to come: a helicopter.

A special moment for me: standing in front of the legendary Messerschmitt Bf 108 “Elly Beinhorn” (D-EBEI) with my painting of the Udet U 12 Flamingo in my hands.

Two beautiful pieces of aviation history coming together in one picture.

The Udet U 12 was one of the aircraft that inspired my love for historic aviation — so painting it and then seeing it next to the real “Elly Beinhorn” was a very special experience. ✨

A timeless JU-52 crossing the rugged peaks of the Alps - where aviation history meets the grandeur of the mountains.

With its distinctive corrugated metal skin, unmistakable silhouette, and the unmistakable sound of its three engines, the JU-52 has a character that makes it much more than an aircraft — it’s a true legend beloved by generations of aviation enthusiasts. ❤️
