A message that has been coming through strongly for me lately: take care of your vessel. 🤍

The energies of the Earth feel intense right now. Everything can feel amplified — emotions, thoughts, sensitivities, exhaustion, intuition, even what we are moving through internally.

And perhaps the guidance isn’t to push harder… but to nourish ourselves more deeply.

Hydrate.
Move your body.
Nourish yourself with good food.
Rest when you need to rest.
Detox what no longer serves you.
Take care of your mental, emotional, physical AND spiritual body.

Check in with yourself throughout the day:
How am I feeling? What do I need? What is my body asking for? What is my soul asking for?

Especially for those who feel they are here with a deeper assignment or soul mission — yourself cannot become an afterthought.

Your vessel is what carries you through this experience.

This isn’t about fear. It’s about awareness.

Sometimes people will turn you into the villain of their story simply because you didn’t give them what they desired, expected or wanted from you.

And when they feel triggered, it can be easier to point the finger than to look within.

But here’s the truth: what you keep seeking outside of yourself may already exist within you.

The answers.
The healing.
The validation.
The clarity.
The power to change.

Sometimes what people want is a quick solution, a quick fix, or someone else to carry the weight of their healing for them. But true transformation asks something deeper of us.

It asks us to face our shadows.
To sit with the uncomfortable parts.
To take accountability.
To ask the questions we may not want to answer.
And to have the courage to discover our own truth.

So if someone has made you the villain because you refused to give them what they wanted, remember: you don't have to accept a role in a story that was written from someone else's perspective.

I came out to ground myself beneath this beautiful tree… 🌳✨
and somehow, I accidentally fell asleep😂

I woke up to the sound of parakeets singing above me🦜💚

Maybe I didn’t need to do anything at all.
Maybe my soul simply needed me to slow down, surrender, and let nature hold me for a while.

People will sometimes think they can offend you, without ever knowing what it took for you to become the person you are today.

They didn’t see the battles you fought in silence.
They didn’t see the moments you had to completely break down, go into your own underworld, face the parts of yourself you were afraid to meet… and then find the strength to rise again.

So before you judge someone, remember: you have no idea what they’ve had to survive to become who they are.

Some people carry stories you will never know.

Choose compassion.
Choose understanding.

Working with Sandra has changed my life in more ways than one. It has been an honour and a privilege to be healed by her and learn from her.

I have done two 3 month transformations so far. The second one was with a bunch of sisters located all around the world. Together we embarked on inner child healing, connecting to our higher selves, Astro travelled to different dimensions and timelines and connected to our ancestors and spirit guides.

We connected online every two weeks over the past 3 months and the amount of healing, learning and connection we achieved is beyond my wildest imaginations, expectations and has been a priceless experience.

Our 1 on 1 sessions have been something I look
forward to and hold close to my heart. Sandra accesses the Akashic Records where she tells you what your souls purpose and origins are. She can heal/balance/clear your chakras and past lifetime attachments and traumas. She speaks light language and activates your abilities and what you came here for.

My abilities have strengthened significantly in the past 6 months. Sandra unlocked my ability to write poems. I now get downloads of entire songs, words, melodies and all. My voice has changed. I now know how to connect to Mother Gaia, Source, planets, my higher self and my loved ones on the other side. I am remembering. She also saw visions of me when we first connected and many of them have now come true.

We all have a choice.

We can choose to stay stuck in the victim mentality, believing that life is simply happening to us…

Or we can choose to power up 🎮✨

Sometimes, I like to look at life as a video game. Every challenge, every obstacle and every difficult experience can be seen as a level we are here to move through. And once we complete one level, we unlock the next.

But here's the question…

Who is the character you are choosing to play?

How do you want to show up in your life?
Who do you want to become?
Are you going to hand your power away, or are you ready to claim it back?

We may not always be able to choose what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond, how we move forward and who we become along the way.

So maybe it's time to stop waiting for someone else to change the game.
