I was waiting for the right time to share… but when is the right time? I was told by our amazing publisher Liza Marie Garcia that our book “Leaving Stronger Than You Started” was available everywhere books are sold, but I hadn’t really looked. Today I looked it up on Amazon, and felt this overwhelming pride finding it, and seeing my name on it. For those who want to learn a bit more about it, here’s a summary:

Qué bonito sentarme hoy y poder escuchar a @sandraville. Sandra es sobreviviente de cáncer de mama. Todavía le queda una que otra batalla pero le ganó la guerra a esa maldita enfermedad. No hace falta hablar más de 15 minutos con ella para darte cuenta que ha aprendido tanto y tanto durante este viaje (que seguro no tenía en agenda) y que ha aprobado la lección que le tocó. Hacerse un examen preventivo precisamente en octubre, el Mes de concienciación del cáncer de mama fue clave para conquistar el territorio. Su historia pronto por @telemundo49. Sandrita, gracias por abrirme las puertas de tu casa y tu corazón. Que tu experiencia llegue a millones de mujeres y que sigas riendo, con tus perros, tu maravilloso esposo, mamá y familia.
