I received my beautiful @loki shirt today, just one day after I learned that Loki had crossed over on Wednesday September 30th. I learned a lot from this soul that I never met but felt like I knew. Loki's dad, Kelly, made sure that Loki had a spectacular life. Oh my goodness, what a beautiful life they shared! Relationships like theirs doesn't come along every day. To say that their relationship is special, that Loki was/IS special, would be a huge understatement. I ask that anyone reading this who doesn't know Loki The Wolfdog, please look him & his dad up. You'll be changed. Also, please send Kelly lots of love & light to help him navigate this new & painful chapter. 💜💔💜

A nearly perfect day! A wonderful hard cider out on my deck, in my favourite pint glass from Cedric's Pub at the Biltmore Estate, planning things to do & see on our vacation to Lake George in September. A rare summer weekend day off. Ahhh, what a treasure! The only thing that could have made it better was to not have to pay a $1,600 bill in car repairs & maintenance. by @sandy_bigelow

Oh George, my dear brother, my heart is so heavy today. How has it been 7 years since you left us? I have so many regrets. Our childhood wasn't easy to say the least. We definitely deserved better in our lives, but mama tried her best to make sure we were as happy as we could be, & provided for. I've blocked out so much of my childhood, & that makes me sad because that means I have less of you. Bits & pieces have come back here & there. I've tried to let all the hurt & sadness go. There was so much of it, but I also know that there was SO MUCH LOVE. I remember the love! That's where I am today, grateful for the good memories we made together. "We found our place on the branch of an old gum tree. Our feet would sway to a voice in the breeze, & birds would sing on the banks of a narrow stream. These memories will stay with me." I'll always love you, George. I can't wait to catch up. 💜 by @sandy_bigelow
