POSTS STORIES REELS

Last night I facilitated Grace While Growing, a connection experience where I bring people together for deeper conversations, self-discovery, and genuine connection. ❤️

It was such a beautiful evening & I want to give a huge thank you to @lavjerr.s & @noralosa for opening up your space for us to gather.

Also a huge thank you to @marlie_luene for sharing her experience from last night. 🫂

From creating these spaces in ATL to now bringing them to Prishtina, Kosovo. I’m so grateful to do this work and would love to continue bringing it into more communities, workplaces, events, and gatherings around the world 🌎

If you know someone who could use more connection, self-discovery, or belonging in their life, share this with them. ❤️

And if you couldn’t make it last night, DM me! I’d love to send over the questions we discussed + journal prompts.

More in-person & online experiences coming soon!

Welcome to my inner world 🚀

Since 2019 I’ve been recording voice memos of my life journey. Interesting conversations, the ups, the downs, the unknown, the celebrations, the prayers answered, and also the times I felt no one could hear me.

This podcast is my audio journal shared w those who need it. Those who need to be reminded they’re not alone, that they can persevere, live boldly, follow their truth, start again.

I’ll be uploading by season as it corresponds with the date, starting from just junior year of college, leaving behind the identity of an athlete, not knowing who I was or even wanted to be, from doing things the “right” way - safe job but not an authentic life and so much more. 8 years of voice memos. thoughts , in real time. When recording had no intent on sharing them, until now. 🪞

“It’s hard for me to be vulnerable, but this event really helps break down that barrier.”

That’s what one of our attendees, @jamionwhite said about The Viberary’s last event, and we couldn’t be more grateful to create a space where people feel safe to open up and connect on a deeper level.

Our events are designed to help you connect with others and yourself in a meaningful, authentic way. Through reflection, intentional conversation, and shared experiences, you’ll leave feeling lighter, inspired, and ready to take on life’s challenges with newfound connections and clarity.

📅 Next Event: December 20
🕕 Time: 5:30pm - 8pm
📍 Location: Foxtail Coffee Buckhead

I create spaces where people can slow down, connect beyond surface-level conversations, and explore what it means to be human together.

Through Connection by Saniah, I design and facilitate interactive experiences that bring people together through intentional questions, guided reflection, and genuine conversation.

Here's what one participant shared after attending Grace While Growing in Prishtina, Kosovo. ❤️

I bring these experiences to communities, organizations, teams, and retreats around the world.

Thank you to @lavjerr.s for allowing me to use your beautiful space for my experience 💗

Tired of small talk? 🍂

Growth starts with getting honest with ourselves. This fall in Prishtina, we’re talking about the changes shaping our lives, who we were raised to be versus who we’re becoming, and the fears and old beliefs we’re ready to let go of.

Together we name it. Together we grow through it.

Deep, but make it fun. Close, but make it safe. Real talk, but make it feel like you belong.

I’ve always been somebody who has felt deeply seen through deeper connection. Deeper connection with myself, deeper connection with other people. I think that’s why I’ve always found myself going on social media or YouTube looking for somebody’s real, raw journey. Not polished. Not scripted. Not somebody creating for an audience. I’ve always wanted to know what people really fucking think. What do you think about when you’re not thinking about how other people perceive you? What do you think about when you’re not creating something for somebody else? What happens when it’s just you and you?

And I think that’s also why some of the most meaningful conversations I’ve had, whether with loved ones or complete strangers, have stayed with me. There’s something about someone being vulnerable about what’s really happening in their life that can make you feel seen in your own. Their honesty has helped me accept and heal parts of my own life, and I think that’s what I’ve always been looking for. The parts of people that exist underneath everything else.

So The Healer Notebook feels like a natural extension of that. It’s quite literally voice memos from 2019 up until now of my journey. I never had any intention of sharing them with anybody. They were only supposed to be for me and my ears only. This is a very, very deeply personal project for me, and it was really scary putting it out, but I feel it’s needed.

Season One begins in 2021, in real time. I had just graduated from Valdosta State, left behind 17 years of being an athlete, and was figuring out adulthood, moving back home, what I wanted to do for work, and just navigating real mf life.

And that’s what you’ll hear. No polished version of me with all the answers. Just me, thinking, feeling, questioning, contradicting myself, and figuring shit out as it was happening.

This is my offering of love to the world. If you listen, start with Episode One. They’re all in order, so you’ll hear the real unfolding of my journey from 2021 up until now as I continue to release new seasons by year.
