I’ve know these Humans @gtriliki @craigjweiner @danherbstman since freshman year of college so it felt just right to take a trip of a lifetime to celebrate together the year we all turn half a century…which seems crazy! We decided to catch the eclipse off the coast of Mallorca as our celebration and it was AMAZING…I’ll be honest it feels hard for me to feel like I deserve such a trip but I’m so glad I didn’t listen to that voice. I was reminded so deeply that life is really about the people you spend time with and the new adventures you keep taking…so here’s to many more adventures and community! We stayed in Old Town in Alcudia in the north of Mallorca Amazing markets on Old Town Old Town Fort Mussels Mallorcan style The most delicious Paella ever!! We hiked to a cove beach Only accessible by boats and since we didn’t have one… We climbed down the rocks! The ocean water at Playa Muro was so warm and you could walk out for half a mile Second best Paella Video of the actual eclipse…was breathtaking to be on the water for it… Last sunset drink in Alcudia… A partial eclipse sunset… by @sanjitdesilva

What a feeling!!🎶 I can’t even begin to express how I’m feeling about the opportunity I had to develop and present the most personal piece of theater I have ever done as part of the Judith Champion New Works Series @publictheaterny To be able to have so many people I love come and support and especially to have my parents come and witness a show that is a love letter to them was beyond any words I have. I couldn’t have done any of it without the support of my amazing director @teo.meiann and luminous dramaturg @amramalama In a world that makes us feel we are alone, making this work made me truly feel that theater can be the place we gather to feel closer to each other and it can be a gift of generosity between artists and the communities that uplift them. It was so emotional to present this piece for the first time to a larger audience at @publictheaterny where I have performed in 5 productions and has felt like a theatrical home. And to see all of you who showed up to support me I have no words to express how much seeing your faces in the audience meant to me. What in incredible week in LA to close out the @sagaftra negotiations led by THE Sean Astin. The negotiating committee and our entire staff gave tireless hours of their time, volunteering hours on the committee’s part!
