This little yellow shirt represents something much bigger than a craft.💛

It started as a laser-cut piece of wood.
A little paint.
A few careful details.
A whole lot of love.

But what it represents is so much bigger.

I love the story behind SanMar’s iconic yellow t-shirt.

It began with a customer receiving an order that wasn’t what they were promised. Instead of accepting, “The deal is done,” Marty and Sharon Lott asked a different question:

What if we built a company that simply told the truth and treated people with kindness?

That simple idea became the foundation of SanMar’s culture:

Be Nice. Tell the Truth.

As someone who creates experiences for corporate teams, I get a front-row seat to companies that intentionally invest in their people.

And I never take that for granted.

💖Because when a company chooses kindness
💖When it chooses integrity
💖When it chooses to serve

Those values ripple through every employee, every customer, and every interaction.
That’s inspiring.

And that’s why I love creating for teams like this.

What do coffee, organic tees, and the @sanmar_corp fam have in common? One REALLY fun day!

We had the best time with our SanMar crew up in Seattle this week! We live printed our AL2100 100% Organic Cotton Tees in Matcha Green using coffee-infused ink, all while serving up Allmade-inspired coffee drinks from our barista bar.

Since we were in Coffee City, USA, we wanted to bring a little taste of Honduras, where our shirts are made. We served beans from Finca Don Andrés, one of the coffee farms we proudly support, to help connect our SanMar family to the people and communities behind every Allmade tee.
