To the gym that helped me find myself again.

I came to the gym in 2019 feeling lost, a little smaller than I used to be, unsure of what I could still do, or who I was becoming.

Gym gave me something simple: a weight to lift, a movement to master, a small promise to keep.

And slowly, rep by rep, I began to trust myself again.

I came to build my body. Somehow, along the way, I rebuilt a little of my faith in myself.

Thank you, gym. For reminding me, quietly, that I am still capable of so much more than I thought. by @santosasisca

Nature has always been the best way to clear up the mind. When the body is moving, when the wind is blowing, when all the sounds and sight and smell of nature immerse themselves in us..... I find space to re-align. by @santosasisca

I didn't transform in a short period like many people I see in Insta. It takes me sooo long, and when my weight goes down, it will go up again. I consciously choose to not do this and that diet, but to change my eating habit that eventually will be more sustainable. And this is where I am now, and looking forward to age like a fine wine. by @santosasisca
