Lastly, a shout out to @canadinns too for closing down The Metropolitan Theatre in downtown Winnipeg to give me a nice place to shoot. The guy who met us at the door was in a 3-piece suit and tie and assisted us the whole time we were shooting. Actress, tv host, cover girl, commercial model, chef, former mtv vj , and Asia’s original “it girl”……Donita Rose @dashofdonita visited the city for an event and I got the chance to do her glam for her meet and greet :) She was so nice and game to indulge me with late 90s and early 200s nostalgia . She was also game to recreate ( by request) her famous tag line from one of her tv commercials (swipe left to see the video). But more than her prolific career and her effervescent personality , her story of faith and love is what makes her more radiant and inspiring . Felt so lucky to have had this opportunity .
