One year ago today, The Collective Prism became more than just an idea—it became home.

When we opened these doors, our vision was to create a culture where education is never finished, where growth is encouraged, where questions are welcomed, where creativity is celebrated, and where everyone feels empowered to be unapologetically themselves.

A place where artists from all walks of life could come together and realize that someone else’s success doesn’t take away from your own. There is enough success to go around. That belief became the foundation of The Collective Prism.

This past year has been one we’ll never forget. Six months after opening, we expanded because we had already outgrown our original space. Looking back, that still feels surreal.

To every client who trusted us, every stylist who believed in this vision, every person who has supported, encouraged, shared our posts, attended a class, or simply cheered us on—thank you. You helped build something that is so much bigger than a salon. You built a community, and that is something we will never take for granted.
