🚨 SPOILERS FOR THRONE OF GLASS & ACOTAR 🚨

WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE’S A CAULDRON MENTIONED IN THRONE OF GLASS?!?!

Celaena casually references the King of Adarlan being somewhere boiling and stirring a CAULDRON?!

THE KING?! THE CAULDRON?! SARAH J. MAAS, EXPLAIN YOURSELF. 😭

Knowing what we learn about the King of Adarlan AND the significance of the Cauldron in ACOTAR, HOW am I supposed to just move past this?!

Is it an intentional Maasverse Easter egg? Foreshadowing? A coincidence?!

This is why rereading Sarah J. Maas books is INSANE. Every tiny detail suddenly feels suspicious.

PLEASE tell me someone else caught this?! 👀🔥

“I will not be afraid.” 🥹🔥

Of all the things I expected to hit me emotionally during my Throne of Glass reread, I genuinely did not expect to be absolutely DESTROYED in the FIRST CHAPTER.

Because HOW did I forget that these four little words appear so early in the series?!

The first time you read Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas, “I will not be afraid” might seem like such a small moment. But when you’re rereading the series, knowing everything that is coming, everything these characters will endure, and just how much meaning those words will carry throughout the entire story…

CHILLS. Literal chills down my spine.

There is something so incredibly powerful about returning to the beginning of a story when you already know its ending. Suddenly, the smallest sentences carry the weight of an entire series.

And THIS is exactly why I love rereading Sarah J. Maas books. The foreshadowing, the character development, the emotional callbacks, and the little details you don’t fully appreciate until you’ve experienced the entire journey.

If you’ve finished Kingdom of Ash, you KNOW why these words mean so much. 😭

Tell me, what moment from your Throne of Glass reread hit you harder the second time around? Because apparently I’m going to be emotional from chapter ONE.

What if Queen Maeve had a Fashion Week wardrobe? 🕷️🖤

Welcome to FANTASY MEETS FASHION, where I take the characters, worlds, and lore we’re obsessed with and translate them through the runway.

And obviously, we had to start with Queen Maeve.

Not just black. Not just villainous. I wanted looks that felt specifically Maeve:

🕷️ spiderwebs + intricate beading for the Stygian Spiders
💜 deep violet woven through the darkness
🖤 sheer lace, severe silhouettes + high drama for the Queen of the Fae
✨ pieces that feel beautiful at first glance… and increasingly sinister the longer you look
🩸 and just enough Valg energy to make the whole thing slightly uncomfortable

Because Maeve wouldn’t simply attend Fashion Week.

She’d sit front row, terrify everyone in a ten-foot radius, manipulate at least three people before the lights went down, and somehow leave owning the entire fashion house.

Fantasy deserves a runway. Welcome to Fantasy Meets Fashion. 🖤

Who should I style through the runway next?

ACOTAR 6 GRAPHIC AUDIO IS OFFICIALLY COMING 🎧🌙✨

A Court of Splintered Harmony is getting the full GraphicAudio treatment, and it releases December 23, 2026. So apparently our holiday plans now include returning to Prythian with an entire cast, cinematic sound effects, music, and the emotional destruction only a dramatized audiobook can provide.

Because reading a new Sarah J. Maas book is one thing. LISTENING to an ACOTAR book in GraphicAudio?? Completely different experience.

If you’ve listened to the GraphicAudio editions of A Court of Thorns and Roses, you already know how much the dramatized adaptation changes the experience. The Night Court feels bigger. The action feels more intense. The romance hits differently. And hearing these characters actually interacting instead of one narrator performing every role makes it feel less like listening to an audiobook and more like stepping directly into Prythian.

And now we get to experience ACOTAR 6 that way.

I am already thinking about the casting. The voices. The music. The scenes that are going to absolutely WRECK us when we hear them performed. And, most importantly, which moments are going to become those scenes where we all collectively go, “yeah… this was MEANT to be heard.”

📚 A Court of Splintered Harmony
🎧 GraphicAudio / dramatized audiobook adaptation
📅 December 23, 2026
🌙 ACOTAR / A Court of Thorns and Roses series

Audiobook listeners, GraphicAudio fans, ACOTAR readers, Sarah J. Maas readers, romantasy readers, fantasy audiobook lovers… WE WON.

Now the real question: what scene are you already desperate to hear in GraphicAudio? 👀🎧

My drag path through Crown of Midnight is Celaena and Chaol. Every. Single. Time. 🥀

Because rereading this book means watching them fall in love while already knowing exactly how it ends.

You watch Celaena let someone in. You watch Chaol become a place where she feels safe. You get the dancing, the birthday, the quiet moments, the tiny pieces of happiness that feel almost painfully normal for two people whose lives are anything but.

And this time around, I couldn’t just enjoy any of it.

I was mourning them while they were still falling in love.

That might be the cruelest part of rereading Throne of Glass. You don’t just grieve what happens. You start grieving things before they’re even gone.

Celaena and Chaol were never going to stay here forever.

But for this tiny stretch of Crown of Midnight?

They were happy.

And somehow knowing how temporary it is makes it hurt so much more. 🖤

I never thought I’d fall in love with a man who commands rats, but apparently Raven Kennedy said: challenge accepted. 🐀✨

I received an ARC of The Sweetest Fiend by Raven Kennedy, and this book reminded me exactly why Raven has become one of my favorite fantasy authors.

Yes, I love her storytelling. Yes, I love the worlds and characters she creates. But what always gets me is her WRITING. Raven Kennedy has such a lyrical, almost poetic way of writing fantasy that makes even the smallest moments feel intentional. There are lines you don’t just read, you sit with them.

And The Sweetest Fiend still has everything I want from a Raven Kennedy book: a fascinating fantasy world, characters I wanted to understand more and more, romance, tension, and that signature writing style that makes her books feel distinctly hers.

Also… again… the man commands rats. And somehow we’re into it. I don’t make the rules. 🐀

If you loved Raven Kennedy’s Plated Prisoner series or you’re looking for a new fantasy romance / romantasy release to add to your TBR, put The Sweetest Fiend on your radar.

Thank you for the ARC! 🖤

📚 THRONE OF GLASS RECAP: BOOK ONE 🗡️👑

Need a refresher before continuing the series? I got you.

Celaena Sardothien goes from the salt mines of Endovier to competing to become the King’s Champion... which somehow involves deadly trials, mysterious murders, ancient magic, a VERY suspicious castle, and the beginnings of a Dorian/Celaena/Chaol situation. 👀

And rereading Throne of Glass when you already know where this story is going?? COMPLETELY different experience.

I gave myself less than 65 days to reread the entire Maasverse before the next ACOTAR book, so consider this your spoiler-safe refresher before we start digging into all the tiny details that suddenly feel VERY important. 🔎

Next up: the things I noticed in Throne of Glass that had me going WAIT A MINUTE.
