Hi, I’m Sara.

I spend my days working with artificial intelligence and a lot of my free time exploring what it means to be human.

I’m fascinated by the intersection of technology, human intelligence, creativity, and the natural world.

My background is a little unconventional. I’ve spent years studying the human body, movement, and wellness, and now I work in AI, building and evaluating intelligent systems and exploring what this technology can make possible.

The more I learn about AI, the more I believe its greatest potential isn’t replacing human intelligence. It’s helping us expand what we’re capable of.

That’s what Adaptive Intelligence is about.

I’ll be sharing what I’m learning, practical ways to use AI, tools that can help turn ideas into reality, and conversations about how we can use this technology to create meaningful change.

And because I believe intelligence is about more than technology, you’ll also find pieces of my life outdoors, movement, wellness, and the things that keep me grounded.

I’m especially interested in AI for good — helping people use their unique knowledge, creativity, and gifts to solve meaningful problems ✨
