All I did was duplicate this image and flip it and I was astonished to see the results

So much so that I never even posted it

To be honest I’ve been isolating myself for the better part of this year and I’m not entirely sure why

I’m going to get vulnerable for a second because I feel I have to

I haven’t been able to show up online in the way I know I need or want to be

When I go through things I’ve realized I don’t know how to ask for help and I put myself in a box

When I grew up I kind of just jumped into life, not knowing what was next but knowing I had to survive

Now I’m in a place in life where I have created safety for myself to choose what I want to do, which I’m realizing a lot of people experience before they have kids and I never really had a period to just kind of get lost just so I could find myself

I have been incredibly hard on myself lately and I’m realizing that I’m literally just figuring myself out and how I can really advocate for myself and my needs

So if you are going through something similar and feeling completely lost - I so relate.

Maybe that’s what our 20s are about

We’re definitely not supposed to have it all figured out right now and that’s okay

This is a different type of post but it feels necessary

I want to be able to show up fully and authentically
