🔥🔥SOLD BUSINESS🔥EXCLUSIVE OFF-MARKET 🔥 Represented Sellers and Buyers🙏👏 I love what I do, and being able to bring my business background into real estate makes it even more special! 🙏🥰

Not every business needs a FOR SALE sign to find the right buyer. Sometimes, it just needs the right connections and positioning.

This is the world that I came from, way before I entered Real Estate and Mortgages. I know what business owners go through, Ive been there myself. Especially when selling something so special that they've grown and dedicated all their time to.

🌟BIG🌟Congratulations to both the Sellers and Buyers and for trusting in me throughout the process 🙏

If you have a Business you're looking to sell, I sell Commercial too and I mean Business!!

🇬🇧 LONDON — DAY 2! 🌉🏰❤️

From the iconic Tower Bridge to the historic Tower of London… what a day exploring centuries of history! 😍

Walking along the River Thames, admiring the incredible architecture, crossing Tower Bridge and discovering the stories behind one of London’s most famous landmarks. 👑✨

There’s something surreal about standing in places you’ve seen in pictures your entire life. And getting to experience it all with Ore makes it even better! ❤️

A little history, a lot of sightseeing, endless photos and tired feet! 👟📸😂

London, you really are something special! 🇬🇧❤️

🙄BoC increase today is disappointing, especially when so many Canadians are already feeling the financial pressure. 🇨🇦 Prime is now👉 4.70% affecting Variable Mortgage Holders & Home Lines of Credit.

But here's my advice: Don't make your biggest financial decisions based on headlines.

📈Speak with a LICENSED Mortgage Professional First about YOUR situation🙏

💡 Don't react out of fear. Make informed decisions with a strategy.

Let's talk about your options! 🏡

🏃‍♂️🔥 42.2 KM. 3:07:11. EVERYTHING I HAD. 🏅

This finish line tells a story that a finishing time never could.

When I started running in March 2025, I never imagined how far this journey would take me.

🏅 May 2025: 4:36:52 — My first marathon
🏅 May 2026: 3:10:42 — A massive personal best
🏅 October 2026: 3:07:11 — Niagara Falls Marathon. NEW PB! 🔥

But this race was different.

My training wasn’t perfect. My longest run was only 24 km. Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, I didn’t get the preparation I would have liked. To make things more interesting, I showed up on race day feeling under the weather. 🤧

But I wasn’t going to let that stop me.

The first half felt strong. During the second half, I kept doing the math in my head, calculating my pace and even entertaining the possibility of breaking three hours.

Then reality hit.

My conditioning started catching up with me. My hamstrings tightened, my calves were screaming, and every kilometre became a battle between my mind and my body.

Those final kilometres were some of the hardest I’ve ever experienced. There was nothing left to give, yet somehow I kept finding a little more.

And when I finally crossed that finish line, I broke down. 🥹

Not out of disappointment. Not because I missed sub-3.

But because I knew exactly what it took to get there.

3:07:11. A NEW PERSONAL BEST. 💪🔥

Am I happy? Absolutely.

Am I satisfied? Not even close.

This race exposed exactly where I need to improve. More strength training, better endurance, and smarter preparation. I know the work that needs to be done.

One thing running has taught me is that progress isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it’s painful, sometimes it’s humbling, and sometimes you have to dig deeper than you ever thought possible.

But every finish line teaches you something.

To my wife, my boys, my coach, my running family, and everyone who supported me along the way, THANK YOU! ❤️🙏

Sub-3, I’m coming for you. ⏱️🔥

The work continues. 🏃‍♂️
