living at home in your mid-twenties means romanticizing your bedroom as much as possible🙂‍↕️

there’s absolutely nothing wrong with living at home in your twenties. you might have a little less space to call your own, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make it everything you’ve dreamed of! romanticize the space you’re in and make it yours!!🤍

curtains are up next!!

Caramel Apple Iced Latte🍏

Green Apple Syrup

* 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
* 2 cups water
* 2 cups packed light brown sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt

Combine apples, water, brown sugar & salt in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 20–25 minutes. Gently mash the apples and let steep for another 10 minutes off heat. Strain, stir in vanilla & let cool!

Homemade Caramel Drizzle

* 1 cup granulated sugar
* ¼ cup water
* ¾ cup heavy cream, warmed
* 3 tbsp butter
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* ¼ tsp salt

Combine sugar & water over medium heat. Cook without stirring until light-to-medium amber (around 340–350°F on a candy thermometer). Remove from heat immediately and carefully whisk in warm heavy cream—it will bubble! Add butter, salt & vanilla, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly before using.

Vanilla Bean Cold Foam

* ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
* 2 tbsp milk
* 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
* 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar

Froth everything together until thick, creamy & pourable!

Assemble
Drizzle caramel around your glass, add 2–3 tbsp green apple syrup, 2 shots espresso, ice & milk of choice. Top with vanilla bean cold foam and an extra caramel drizzle!

Enjoy!!
