It’s election day! It’s been a long and fulfilling journey! More thanks posts are to come to truly appreciate the team and community behind #awattaforyeg but I will definitely miss going on daily walks with pip, our campaign assistant, to meet new neighbours. She’s made many new friends over the last few months.

Took a little break from door knocking yesterday to visit the off-leash park in Terwillger with Pip, our campaign’s official door-knocking pup 🐾
It was great chatting with residents who are excited to have a safe space for their dogs to run and play. Spaces like this bring people together and remind me how small community spaces can make a big difference in safety and connection.

Here’s to creating more inclusive, welcoming spaces for everyone, two-legged and four-legged alike 💜

Mission Accomplished! Last meetup on the Evolution of TH.I.N.K was a massive success. The room was full of actionable insights, honest conversations, and incredible momentum.

We're more than a network; we're a movement committed to driving personal, professional, and economic advancement. Thanks to everyone who came ready to lock in their vision.

Can you spot yourself in the group photo? Tag a friend who needs to be at the next one!

What a community-powered campaign for a truly independent candidate looks like 🫶🏾
Thank you to everyone who’s been supporting #awattaforyeg
Running a campaign without the support of a party, third-party advertisers, or unofficial backing from elected politicians means that I am:
✨ Funded by neighbours, not big money so every dollar comes from people who believe in Edmonton.
✨ Accountable only to you and not to party platforms, big corporations or special interest groups.
✨ Powered by volunteers like friends, family, and community members knocking doors, making calls, and spreading the word.
✨ Focused on local solutions because this campaign is about Edmonton, not partisan or corporate agendas.

If you’ve been waiting for a chance to support a campaign that’s truly people-powered, this is it. Join us in getting back to what truly matters… people!

It’s #clday and I started my day @riverbend_cl ☕️ 🍩 .

Community Leagues are the backbone of our neighborhoods from kids’ programs to block parties, they keep us connected. 💜
Let’s keep showing up, supporting them, and building the kind of community we all want to live in.

On October 20, you have the power to choose a City Council that delivers results and I want to earn your vote.
Edmontonians deserve a leader who is accountable for how your money is spent and plans with a growing city in mind. That means:
✨ Getting projects right the first time
✨ Coordinating work to save time + money
✨ Services that truly support families + small businesses
✨ Safe, connected neighbourhoods
On October 20, vote for leadership that will listen, act, and deliver for our communities. Vote for Awatta!

Community Launch This Saturday! 🎉
Over the past months, I’ve been at the doors hearing your ideas, stories, and hopes for our community. Now, I’d love for you to join me for an afternoon where you can:
- Hear more about my vision and plans
- Ask questions and share what matters most to you
- Connect with neighbours over snacks, games, and great conversation

We’ll also have a family area in the park so the kids can play while we chat, making it an afternoon everyone can enjoy.

Come with your kids, your neighbours, and your ideas. Let’s make this a celebration of what we can build together.

RSVP in bio. See you this Saturday 🥳
