🧿FUUD FLAIR is not just a magazine. It’s a statement. A way of saying that culture, too, is meant to be tasted. I didn’t create it to fill pages. I created it to fill a gap. I felt the need for a perspective that was honest, aesthetic, and deeply human—especially in the world of food and creativity. Because behind every dish, there’s a story. Behind every brand, there’s an intention. And behind every issue, there’s a vision that isn’t afraid to heal, question, or celebrate. Yes, it’s an editorial project. But for me, it’s also a living piece of work. A space where luxury meets authenticity. Where print matters again. And where women founders, soulful chefs, and transformative ideas have a place to be seen and honored. And yes, I’m building it from scratch. No corporations. No shortcuts. Just truth, care, and conviction. I believe that when a woman creates from truth, her work doesn’t just live on paper—it leaves a mark on culture. FUUD FLAIR is my success story in motion. But it’s also a platform for others to write their own. It’s for those who know that good taste starts in the soul. Una de mis formas favoritas de conocer una ciudad es sentándome a su mesa. Y cuando encuentro comida persa, la experiencia se vuelve todavía más personal. El aroma del azafrán, el arroz perfectamente cocido, el tahdig crujiente, el pan caliente, los guisos que llevan horas… Hay cocinas que simplemente alimentan y otras que cuentan historias. Para mí, la cocina persa habla de memoria, hospitalidad, familia y generosidad.
