Still finding the right words after last week...

My final European Championships as an U23 athlete ended with a 🥉 team medal alongside @ula123lala and @sara_globokar —a memory I’ll always carry with me.

The individual races didn’t go exactly the way I had hoped, but they gave me valuable lessons that I’ll take into the next chapter. Every race, every challenge, and every setback has helped shape me into a stronger athlete.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey. 🥰🫶🥹

The U23 chapter is over. Now it’s time to embrace the next challenge and keep chasing bigger goals in the senior category. 💪🇸🇮

The last U23 World Championship has come to an end, leaving me with bittersweet feelings.

This wasn’t the championship I had dreamed of in terms of results, but it reminded me that success is about so much more than a number on the scoreboard. I’m proud of the mental growth I showed throughout the week and of the runs I put together.

When I look back on this championship, I won’t remember the results first. I’ll remember the people who stood by my side, believed in me, and supported me every step of the way.🥰🤗

This year, we truly became one big family, sharing the same goals, the same dreams, and unforgettable memories.

As this chapter closes, I’m grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every person who was part of this journey.

What a rollercoaster of emotions at last week’s European Championship! I delivered some of my best performances so far – and still missed the K1 final by just +0.27s. I ended up 13th in K1 and 22nd in C1. In the team events, history repeated itself: 4th place in K1 (just +0.99s off the podium!) and 8th in C1. It’s tough being that close… but also incredibly motivating. I’ve proven to myself and others how much progress I’ve made this year. Step by step, I’m getting there. 💪

This year’s European Championship was extra special because it was held on my home course – the place where I made my first strokes on the water and fell in love with this sport. Having my family right by my side every step of the way meant the world to me. I couldn’t have done any of this without their support. 🫶

Pre-season training camp in Al Ain in a warmer place for the upcoming season! 🇦🇪☀️💪🌊

Lots of training action on and off the water. Some fun activities for getting to know the community and culture in off time after session as well.

I showed the best I could for what I did through my preparation, of course, some bittersweet feelings cuz I was so close to the finale but no regrets. I have seen great progress in my performance, still a lot of things to improve but I am more than ready to start working on those for next season.
