“We make plans and Enoch laughs”
For the first time ever, I didn’t procrastinate on Halloween costumes! Knowing I’d be in New Orleans with no time for crafting, I planned ahead and ordered costumes when Lilly decided on Over the Garden Wall characters. With peace of mind, I boarded my flight home—only to receive a notification that our entire order was delayed (5 days before Halloween HahahHahahaAhahAha😭😭😭). So, I got caffeinated and got to work.

Everything was either handmade or something we repurposed from things we already had (except the frog). I originally planned to be Wirt, but the night before Halloween, the final touch for his costume was ruined, so… I paper-machéd a giant pumpkin head overnight and went as a Pottsfield villager (my favorite episode)!
I did manage to document some of the process so maybe I’ll get around to posting it sometime.

Thank you @swweetcheeeks for letting us tag along with your crew! We had a great time. I was worried we’d be lonely this year now that the boys have outgrown us.

Got to see my love! Love that we’re both able to coordinate our traveling plans to make sure we’re in California at the same time 🥰
