Road Trip to Skullfest, and then NYC, and back again with bestie @trasheater, to visit other besties @nambiepambie @saucepanrecs to see and work for other bestie @krystynafox My favorite part of Summer every year is getting to see all my rockers across the country 😛 working at Skull is always a whirlwind of sleeplessness and chaos but I always leave missing everyone so much. Getting to experience DeathSide’s 2 last ever American shows with one of my oldest friends @digital_3vil filling in on drums was insane 🫪 Guerra Final NYC road trip was perfect and shoutout to @beaupatrick who is #1 photo hoe and shoutout to @trrash.can for being my favorite chaos monger, Shoutout to Cleveland for having a spider infestation and bestie @andiepants666 for letting me squat the hut. Friends and Punk and Art are the only things that keep me cackling these days 💕#skullfest16 by @sarah.sequoia

Alien Flora half sleeve, all finished up for Hailey. Lines are healed and most of the shading is fresh and red. We formed this idea around the big flower on their forearm, that was a flash piece i did a few years ago. Can’t wait to keep adding to it! by @sarah.sequoia

Spent the last two and a half months driving myself absolutely fucking crazy trying to make a portrait of my babygirl in time for her memorial this weekend. I gave her a giant arm tattoo of some sassy morning glories a few years ago, and as I sat in hospice watching her sleep it was the only place i could stare at that would keep me from crying. These are only a few variations of the million versions i was constantly unhappy with, and all in all have come to the realization that it is almost impossible to draw someone you truly loved. I will never get it right, because i am a freak and my brain is choosing art over reality. Kait was really sick on and off the last few years, and i wanted to portray different versions of her from times past where she felt better. Her beautiful fire red hair, And coy smile, before she had to wear glasses alot because her tumor was nearing her optic nerve.. This year has been really hard to cope with, and even art, which used to be an escape from pain, has been difficult to make. All in all i decided this is good enough because the only person going through this nonstop inability to finish the picture is me :) gonna love her till the day I hit the deck, and i’ll be blasting Enya the rest of the week in her honor 💕🖤💕 by @sarah.sequoia
