Getting to visit the amazing country of Honduras with Vox and alongside Good Justice has forever changed my life! God is so evidently moving and at work here, and I am so blessed to be able to have a small part in what He is doing!

I loved a quote that Good Jeff from GJ said, "Borders are man made and we have created division amongst oursleves". We are called as all tribes, tongues, and nations to be united together for the work of God and His glory! This trip to Honduras really represented this so well.
Good Justice and its staff, volunteers, and the foundation of the organization is such a good example of what it looks like to partner and walk alongside image barers of God!

What a true gift it was to be loved by those who I had the chance to meet and interact with, and what a gift to be able to love them as well. God knows what He has done and what He continues to do when He intentionaly and uniquely created and creates every single human being. God continues to show His devotion to us everyday; what an awesome God I get to call my father.

MOAB UTAH: VOX 26'

I am forever changed by this trip and how God moved! It is so crazy for me to believe that the creation I am in awe of and truly will never get over, is how God looks and views me. God delights in me, admires me, and is proud of me. He said creation is GOOD, yet He calls humanity VERY GOOD! What a gift it was to experience this trip with such amazing God fearing people.

what is a human being that you remember him, a son of man that you look after him?
You made him little less than God, and crowned him with glory and honor.

Vox Orlando Service Trip

It was such a blessing to see the redeeming and renewing power of God. It was so encouraging to work with people that have the same common goal to serve and learn from those who by society are deemed to be the lowest of the low.

Louisville Kentucky Service Trip 2025

These pictures are honestly just an outside view and glimpse of this incredible trip.

Although I wanted to share the importance and weight of this trip. Not many people know that Louisville is a huge central for those seeking refuge from other countries; due to a wide range of circumstances in which they can not return to their homes. Refugees experience so much loss and trauma, and then when they finally get to specifically Lousiville they then have to learn new cultures, languages, they have to find housing, phones, jobs, etc.

It was such a blessing and a privilege to get to experience the different cultures from food to different languages. I truly believe the people I got to meet here taught and helped me more then I could ever begin to help them in anyway. The Kids at Hope Place have so much Joy and truly are perfect examples of what it looks like to have a child like faith.

I got the chance to stand in the middle of what some would say chaos with so many different kids ethier playing with bubbles, football, throwing a frisbee, soccer, and more and watch them interact with me and my fellow Voxers inviting us, calling us their freinds, and honestly not wanting us to leave was such a unique experience. It was heartbreaking to know that the kids that made such a huge impact on my life in such a sort time I might never get to see again. And yet that also reminded me of what some if not maybe all of them have had to feel at some point when they had to get ripped away from their homes, freinds and families.

I say all this to simply share my experience and to also bring knowledge about Louisville and the refugee community. These people aren't just identified as a "refugee" but they are people intentionally created by God in his image. taken in Louisville, Kentucky by @sarah_bowling36

Vox Backpacking Trip🌻🏕🕷🌠🦗🌲🐎🌿⛰️🌄
This was such a blessing, to go backpacking on the Appalachian Trail and also got to visit the highest place in Virgina; but those were just a small part of what made this trip amazing.
Truly its God and his creation that gets Glory and not me or my accomplishments.
We are insufficient broken people and that is the beauty of the Gospel! The sermon on the mount on a mountain was insane!!
These were and are "stupid" insane views that I can't even begin to understand how God is so intentional in creating those views; but also how much more intentional he is with me and his Children, truly is beyond my comprehension! taken in Appalachian Trail: Mount Rogers by @sarah_bowling36

Vox Kayak Trip

What an amazing trip:drinking out of lakes and waterfalls, sleeping in hammocks, eating backpacking meals, seeing snakes, rats, bugs, spiders, and butterflies: fully engulfed in God's creation! Over 20 somthing miles of pain, but hours and hours of sweet memories with the best people.

I will forever be in awe of God and how small I am in comparison to the creator of the universe, if he is intentional with the mountains and the way each and every rock is formed imagine how much more intentional God is for and with his children.

We are so easily distracted by task goals that we forget about the kingdom goals and of loving those around us. This trip magnified that for me and how easy it is for us in our daily lives to forget to be intentional in honoring God and the people around us when faced with a task and or goal.

God is so good!

God reminded me how important it is to depend on him, give up the control, and trust in the small little details of life. He created us with the purpose of being in a relationship with him, not living your life alone. He wants all of you: fears and joys. All God wants is you trust in him, dependence, and full surrender. God knows we can't do it all on our own, that's why he sets a table so that we can come and commune with him and rest in his presence.

Although it was my last year as a camper and student, I don't have to say goodbye to LUL just yet! T-MINUS 24 DAYS taken in Look Up Lodge by @sarah_bowling36
