It was so special to be able to bring my mom to the Emmys last night to celebrate #aknightofthesevenkingdoms and so much other great TV.

Happy release day to the Little House family— from conception thru post! It takes a huge village to make a show and this particular village was so full of heart

Thank you for believing in us @Netflix @CBSTVStudios and @AnonContent

Sending special love today to @RSonnenshine @joymaryro @rebeccafriendly, Trip Friendly, @inthehenhouse @SusannaFogel. Thank you for trusting me with the pilot

+ my fellow directors @juliaanne @KatCandler @EricaJTremblay and @SydneyFreeland for your bold, beautiful work

+ all the talented writers and dedicated geniuses in post who never get enough credit. Like my delightful, super smart editor Matt Ramsey and his terrific AE Ian Slater by @sarahadinasmith

Sending special love to the talented, devoted, inspiring cast of @lhprairie on the eve of the series release. It was so special finding each of you and finding our way together in rehearsals. I wish I remembered to take more photos, but last slide is the first time Ingalls cast met Jack !

What an honor 🥲

This show was a joy to work on and a meaningful collaboration at every level. Even though I’m not in Belfast right now, my heart is covered in mud and being stung by wasps of glory. Huge love to the cast & crew & producers & post team.

Little House on the Prairie (Lil H on the P) hits @netflix July 9th and it has me thinking about our extraordinary crew, HOD’s, and key collaborators

@ariwegner the most wonderfully thoughtful and sophisticated DP and storyteller (+ baby Alma, her assistant)
@jonahmarko absolutely brilliant production designer who made miracles and kept me sane
@douglasmitchellfilms the most dedicated, hard working AD in the biz (with excellent acting chops for previz)
@_mitchelltravers_ who I somehow can’t find a photo of probably because he was in the workshop creating all the gorgeously detailed, thoughtful costumes you will see
@cierafredborg my assistant who rocked at everything and never questioned why I needed toys on my desk

And, of course, boss-lady and brilliant writer @rsonnenshine + @joygorman the true blue producer who started this whole show going and who never stops fighting to protect it

It was an honor to direct this pilot for you guys and I’m excited for the world to see the team’s heart and hard work by @sarahadinasmith
