Thank you Ames High Girls Wrestling🤍

•

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. To everyone for everything. The summer before 8th grade I decided to try out wrestling on a whim. I could’ve never imagined the impact it would have on my life. Throughout the last 5 years I have grown through this sport not just as a wrestler, but as a person. Through so many ups and downs, the victories and the losses, all the highs and the lows, wrestling has taught me how to be the best version of myself and I could not be more grateful. This sport gave me not just teammates, but life long friends who I can’t imagine life without. Thank you to my coaches for always helping me through life on and off the mat. To Cale and Greenlee, thank you for always being in my corner, literally and figuratively, and supporting me always. Your impact is lasting. Thank you to my teammates for always putting a smile on my face and making my life as a whole better. There is no other way I’d rather spend the last 5 years.
