Why is posting yourself so much harder than doing the actual thing?

I can stand on live television, create beautiful hair, teach and perform - and somehow posting about it afterward makes me want to hide.

These photos are from a Breakfast Television segment I did weeks ago about summer hair. I’m proud of this work. I loved doing it. But I got in my head, waited too long, felt “late,” and almost didn’t post it at all.

I think I’m still working through my fear of being perceived.

So I’m practicing being seen before I feel completely comfortable being seen.

Anyway… here’s some summer hair. ☀️✌🏼
