Abby + Christopher | This year asked a lot of the Cole and Ayers families. Saturday, wedding day, it gave something back. Watching A + C say their vows, surrounded by everyone who prayed them through the hard days, was proof that joy on the other side of struggle hits different — deeper, fuller, harder to hold back tears for. What a family. What a day. What a couple. What a room full of love. This one, I got to feel. Thank you for letting me in.

Abby + Christopher | Some nights you can just feel how much a moment means to the people in the room — and last night was one of those nights. There were tears, there was laughter, there were toasts that said more than words can, and through it all, so much joy. A + C’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party at The Dewberry was a beautiful reminder of everything this wedding weekend means. So honored to be here for it.

A closer look at Peyton & Cole’s absolutely stunning Lowndes Grove reception design! As someone who will be a forever fangirl of all things blue & white - this one was an absolute dream! And their custom blue heron dance floor?! Heart stolen.

There were so many sweet personal touches that were so special for P&C and it might be impossible to pick favorites from this day!

So excited to finally be sharing a little peek into Mallory’s bridal session! I joined Mallory & her mom up in Charlotte in January to capture these portraits at their home church and I have been dying to share ever since! Such a special tribute to a place that means so much to Mallory and a gorgeous backdrop for one of my favorite kinds of sessions!

Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Oehmke!

Twenty frames to sum up what Mallory so perfectly described as “the absolute best day of our lives!”

And what a testament this day was to Mallory & Connor and the people they are, both as individuals but also as a couple! Family and friends traveled from all over the country to celebrate their marriage in their very favorite place on Kiawah Island and it was such a joy and a privilege to capture this part of their story from behind my lens!

Congratulation you two!

The sweetest evening exploring Charleston’s best with Jade + Henry.

I spent most of the evening laughing with these two as we ran all over downtown to document their engagement in all of my favorite spaces, including downtown’s newest beauty, American Gardens!

These two will say I do at Lowndes Grove next April and I am literally counting down the days until we get to celebrate their marriage alongside @andersoneventdesign ! It’s going to be SUCH a good one! taken in Charleston, South Carolina by @sarahboydchs
