Are you team run-sheet or team wing-it?

Behind every great event as an MC is a little planning, a lot of heart and plenty of energy!

Preparation sets the stage, performance brings the vibes and connection brings a room to life. by @sarahchlala

Sincere apologies to anyone who tried to take a static video of me last night… when the room needs crowd work, standing still is never an option 🏃‍♀️

My next MC gig comes with a little backstory 🎤

I’m on the mic this Thursday for the @thethirdplace_up’s SAHRA: Multicultural Open Mic Night.

But last November, I was in the audience for their very first open mic.

Morning TV gets hundreds of pitches weekly.

Here’s how Parramatta Lanes went from pitch to @sunriseon7:
1️⃣ The formula: an interactive spectacle & high-energy talent.
2️⃣ The hook: bringing @dimsimlim’s dragon’s breath candy, honey chicken & dumplings into the studio.
3️⃣ The result: prime-time morning TV gold while plugging Parra Lanes!

Publicists and journalists work side by side so huge love to my gorgeous friend @kaitlinsometimes for always making story magic together ❤️ by @sarahchlala

Stats you don’t see in the Parramatta Lanes media release.

The official numbers tell one story but these are the behind the scenes metrics that powered 4 huge nights across Parramatta Lanes 😂
