Congratulations to @sarahdippolddesign for making the COVER feature.

You could tell so much love was poured into this project from top to bottom. It also currently holds one of my favorite shots I’ve captured to date.

@luxemagazine wouldn’t it be cool to have video features on some of these projects??? Could be the move in 2026

A soaring picture window anchors this Winnetka living room, where designer Sarah Dippold balanced the warm wood tone with crisp paneling and natural textures to create a luminous retreat.

Layered lighting sets the tone and creates mood.
One of the strongest elements we can implement into our designs to set a serene mood is accent lighting.

Time is the ultimate luxury.
When asked to help our client design their second home in Malibu CA we were tasked with creating a space that would be hosting lots of friends and family (including lots of kids!).

Not only were we creating something that was suited for easy, carefree living, the client desired an elevated look, while ensuring that nothing selected could be too precious.

The laid back lifestyle of California living and the connection to the outdoors influenced our color palette and the materials we chose to blend seamlessly with the natural backdrop! taken in Malibu, California by @sarahdippolddesign

Seeing our project on the Cover of @luxemagazine is a dream, but equally thrilling is being able to share the project’s story and our design intent - beautifully done by @maryjbowling.

As she writes: Together, the sum of the parts adds up to tranquility. “The greatest compliment we receive is that people immediately feel comfortable here,” the owner says. “Guests tell us the house is beautiful but never intimidating. It invites you to relax, stay awhile and make yourself at home.”

Kitchen Love ✨
Labor Day weekend signals fall, back to school and more time indoors.

Function is at the heart of every project we work on. The best spaces work like you do. Careful planning during our discovery and development process drives design and ensures successful kitchen designs. taken in The Chicagoland Area by @sarahdippolddesign
