Week four of my marathon training and wait to the end for a lil overshare of my experience with chronic fatigue and how that shapes my training. 🙏🏼

Burnout is real and it is not fun 🙃🙃🙃 I train smarter and more honest now then I ever have.

So keep listening to your body friends, it always knows deep down and it can heal 🌀

WEEK 3 LONG RUN DONE!! 🥹🙏🏼 and the last time I wear wired headphones on a long run 🤣#marathontraining
learning a lot about myself along the way, marathon training and any other endurance sport or event or challenge tends to make you look inward not outward!

Moments of real ease, and moments of holy hell I’m in the trenches.

Your mind sometimes plays games with you but I’ve been working hard on my self talk game and it was pretty epic listening to my own thoughts today encouraging myself rather then leaning too hard into the doubt!

I really love this process, and I’m enjoying this block ALOT! haha hopefully I haven’t spoke too soon! 🤣🤣
