THE BEST OF NASHVILLE ❤️‍🔥
What a night. Celebrating the talent - hustle + heart that make this city so iconic. feeling SO proud to be named one of Nashville’s Best Fashion Designers!!

Five years in the top three… that still blows my mind. My business has evolved, I’ve taken on bigger, scarier projects, + pushed myself in ways I never thought possible...but my drive passion and heart have never changed.

Proudly walking in my purpose . doing what I love, leveling up every year, and getting to stand alongside people I deeply admire. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

@nashvillescene thank you for recognizing the makers, doers + dreamers who keep this city shining. To EVERYONE who’s believed in me, cheered me on, worn something I’ve made or told a friend about what I do . this one’s for us. THANK YOU

AND for that little girl who used to dream about doing something big with her life . she’s still smiling..it's almost like she could feel this coming! by @sarahjamesonn

needed a little taste of that New York magic by @sarahjamesonn

When Sydney brought me her mother’s wedding gown, we knew we wanted to preserve as much of the original as possible while making it feel like hers. 🤍

The original skirt had significant staining that made much of it unusable, giving us the opportunity to completely reimagine the silhouette while preserving the details that made her mother’s gown so special.

We preserved the original bodice and its beautiful lace + beading, removed the sleeves, reshaped the neckline + carefully removed the discolored sequins throughout - instantly brightening the bodice + giving it a much fresher, more modern feel. From there, we designed an entirely new skirt with a softer, lighter silhouette that felt like Sydney.

My favorite part of heirloom work is that the goal is never to make a bride look exactly like her mom did on her wedding day. It’s to preserve the pieces that hold the history while creating a gown that feels completely her own.

And to complete her look, Sydney paired her heirloom gown with a custom Rudy Lou veil!

Same dress. Different bride. Another generation. 🤍 by @sarahjamesonn

MAMA, I MADE VOGUE 🖤

@nicolekidman × @voguechina

Still, this feels soo surreal. Beyond grateful to have been part of this incredible cover shoot + to see my name in Vogue for the very first time (no matter how they spell it 😉).

The fashion-loving, magazine-hoarding little girl in me is absolutely freaking out over this one..and even more so knowing I got to work alongside some of the most iconic creatives in the industry.
