We are Sarah Linow Wedding Planner, based in Berlin.
Since 2009, we have been planning and designing bespoken weddings across Europe and Florida, refined, thoughtful and seamlessly organized.

Sarah and Janine personally guide our couples through the planning.
On the wedding day, we ensures with our experienced team that everything runs smoothly in the background, so you can fully enjoy every moment.

“Which was the best wedding?” We get asked that a lot!

To be completely honest: It’s the weddings where everything is perfect.

And we’re not just talking about the planning. In the end, what’s much more important is

• that the couple is relaxed and happy,
• that the guests feel comfortable and are having fun,

• that a great team is working behind the scenes to make sure it’s the best day ever and that they’re having fun and enjoying themselves while working together,

• good food, good drinks, good music!
• a beautiful venue that loves hosting weddings and does everything it can to make it happen,

• great weather is nice, but not a must!
• what’s more important is the atmosphere! A couple in love and happy, enjoying and celebrating the day!
• and a wonderful family and friends who are there to support them and share in the joy!

It all comes together to create the perfect day, one we’re honored to be a part of.

These are our favorite weddings! And we’ll carry these weddings in our hearts forever.
They remind us of how beautiful life and love are. 🫶

Welche war die schönste Hochzeit? Werden wir oft gefragt!
Ganz ehrlich: Es sind die Hochzeiten, bei denen alles perfekt ist.
Dabei reden wir nicht nur von der Planung. Am Ende ist es viel wichtiger,
• dass das Paar entspannt und glücklich ist,
• dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen und Spaß haben,
• dass im Hintergrund ein tolles Team für den besten Tag sorgt und dabei auch in Teamarbeit Spaß und Freude hat,
• gutes Essen, gute Drinks, gute Musik!
• eine schöne Location, die Freude an Hochzeiten hat und alles versucht möglich zu machen,
• tolles Wetter ist auch schön, aber kein Muss!
• wichtiger ist die Stimmung! Ein verliebtes, glückliches Paar, das den Tag genießt und feiert!
• und eine tolle Familie und Freunde, die dahinter stehen und die Freude teilen!
Alles gehört zusammen und macht am Ende einen perfekten Tag, an dem wir teilhaben dürfen.

Diese Hochzeiten sind uns am liebsten! Und diese Hochzeiten tragen wir für immer im Herzen.
Sie erinnern uns daran, wie schön das Leben und die Liebe sind. 🫶

A timeless Tuscan dream ✨🇮🇹

Nadine and Jannik chose the breathtaking Tenuta San Jacopo for their destination wedding in Italy, and the result was simply cinematic.

Nestled between the world-renowned Chianti Classico and Valdarno regions, this historic estate was the absolute perfect backdrop for their day. From the emotional ceremony framed by iconic cypress trees to the unforgettable al fresco dinner under a breathtaking canopy of fairy lights, every single detail was flawless.

Nadine looked stunning in her structured corset gown, perfectly complemented by Jannik’s classic white tuxedo, creating a truly timeless aesthetic.

We started months before the wedding, with an engagement shoot and a lot of trying things out. By the time the wedding came around, none of it felt like being photographed anymore. They were relaxed, they were up for ideas, and they clearly enjoyed their own day. That is the whole trick. Relaxed people look like themselves. They wrote afterwards that the photos captured the vibe of their wedding, and that having me there kept them at ease rather than adding pressure. That second part means more to me than any compliment about composition.
