As a birth worker, doula, lactation counselor, birth and family educator, and senior student midwife, I’m beyond thrilled to invite you into this sacred space dedicated to all things motherhood. 💖

A lot has changed in 28 years. ❤️ Through the beautiful moments, the messy times, the growing pains, and everything in between, I am so incredibly blessed.

Kids, I think it’s definitely time for an updated family photo—we have grandbabies and a new fiancé to add! 🥰

Happy 28th Birthday, Luke! 🎂❤️ Thank you for being the one who taught me where motherhood began. You made me a mom, and that will always hold such a special place in my heart.
