You can love what you do and still know you can’t keep doing it in the same way.

That in-between place can be uncomfortable: the old way no longer fits, but the new way hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.

This is often where Horse Alchemy begins.

Not with fixing.
Not with forcing an answer.
But by creating a field where something can become visible — through the movement of the herd, your inner movement and embodied presence.

And yes, this can happen fully online.

Come with a question. Leave with a next movement.

Comment ALCHEMY and I’ll send you more about my Alchemy offerings.

Since 2009, I’ve forged a profound connection with horses and a donkey in Jordan’s desert. Heart-mind alignment frees us from stagnation, expands horizons, and kindles a visionary reality.
65 million years of equine wisdom enriches transformation. With systemic coaching, shamanic ritual, and family constellations - real time and remotely - we unleash boundless creativity, healing and power.

Reach out for a Soul Journey with my herd - connecting with your essence through the movements of the herd - to expand awareness, harvest wisdom, gain clarity, and embrace your highest potential. Open your perspective to empower your journey, team, and community.

In this video it shows the horses at work 🤩 Beautiful sound by Mei Lan: Gaia.

In 2009 the horses compelled me to come to Jordan and I never left ✨💛✨

YALLAH HAY HUM - WELCOME
I’m Sandra Jelly, a Dutch social entrepreneur, systemic coach and retreat facilitator. My journey, fueled by a deep passion for horses and painting, led me to the magical desert of Jordan. Here, I’ve established a wellness farm together with my furry companions - horses, donkey, dogs and cats. I’ve crafted a life of freedom and wonder, aligned with my hearts desires.

INVITATION TO TRANSFORMATION
Through our online and desert experiences, I extend an invitation to you. These experiences - whether in the form of individual healing sessions or immersive desert retreats - are designed to expand your inner wisdom, activate your innate healing energies, and unleash your creative manifesting powers. This transformative journey will infuse you with enhanced confidence to embody your true self, manifest your dreams, and spark ripples of inspiration throughout your community.

In the Words of Rumi
“Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion.”

Rain & Thunder in Wadi Rum!

I’m honoured to share that I was selected as 2nd Wellness Practitioner of the Year at the Destination Deluxe Awards 2026!

From 16 finalists, a jury of 21 panelists selected me for this recognition. The awards celebrate innovators and changemakers in wellness, and it means so much to see my work acknowledged in this way.

My work with horses, nature and the wisdom of the body is rooted in a simple belief: when we reconnect with our vitality, we can meet life and lead from a more grounded place.

Thank you to Destination Deluxe, the jury, and everyone who has been part of this journey. 🤍

We value purposeful movement. But when we skip the pauses, we begin to force.

Watch a puppy play: he explores, moves, pauses and then waits for the next impulse to arise.

The pause is not an interruption. It is the space where we can reconnect with ourselves, listen within and allow our next movement to emerge with more ease, presence and play.

Spiral Reset helps you create that pause.

As one listener shared:

“It is real, practical and easy to take into your day. You can truly relax and follow the steps.”

JAVA SPIRIT RETREAT
By @sarahnourcoaching
@havanahorsesindonesia Central Java, November 21-29, 2026

An elemental journey into abundance.

Healing with horses, nature and ritual.

Creative inspiration, that what wishes to emerge from our true self, often lives in the space between thoughts, words and actions.

But we have to create that space.

Horses have taught me that wisdom doesn’t always arrive as a thought.

Sometimes it emerges first as a sensation, a movement, a knowing in the body.

Walking with Gamar, sometimes she leads. Sometimes I lead.

And in the space between us, something new can emerge.

An invitation to stop for a moment.

Feel your body.
Sense what is here.
And listen for what wishes to be heard.

We often think of water as relaxation, softness, joy.

But water carries so many other qualities.

Fluidity. Sensuality. Creativity. Creation.
The ability to move, adapt, feel and let life flow through us.

My own journey of working with the elements — water, fire, air and light — began in 2007, almost 20 years ago.

It opened a spiritual path for me and changed the way I understood wellbeing.

I began to see how the outer world can mirror our inner world. And how nourishing the physical body and allowing ourselves to rest matters deeply, but so does tending to our inner landscape.

Our energy. The old pain we carry.
The beliefs and patterns that constrain us. And the desires that are waiting for space to come alive.

Because aliveness isn’t only about removing what weighs us down.

It’s also about activating what wants to live through us.

This is at the heart of the work I now share here in the desert, with nature, ritual and my horses.

And if you feel called to nourish your own energy field and give a little more life to a desire within you, I created a guided meditation supported by the sounds of my drum and singing bowls.

You’ll find it through the link in my bio. ✨
